Her president’s theme was “Advancing Excellence”. During her term as president, the chapter implemented new ideas and procedures that enhanced chapter operations, increased visibility and partnerships, opened a library in Rwanda, Africa and became the sponsoring graduate chapter for Tau Mu Chapter, an undergraduate chapter at DePaul University, Chicago, IL.

Professional Experience:

  • Vice-President, Training Manager for the Public Sector Receivables Operations (Lockbox) Training and Documentation team at JPMorgan Chase & Company. She oversees a team of trainers, developers and technical writers across six states.
